1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zaytouna Studio website and any services purchased from Zaytouna Studio(“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services We Provide
Zaytouna Studio offers the following services exclusively for food bloggers:
- Pinterest Management — Pin design, SEO keyword research, daily scheduling, board optimization, and monthly performance reporting.
- Recipe Articles — Publish-ready SEO recipe blog posts with AI food images, FAQ sections, and nutrition cards.
- AI Food Photography — AI-generated editorial food photography in four signature styles.
- Strategy & Consulting — Live one-on-one Pinterest consulting sessions via screen share.
- Niche Discovery — Data-backed food blog niche research reports.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are displayed on the relevant service page.
- The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you pay. We do not use discovery-call pricing or hidden fees.
- Payment is due upfront for one-time services (articles, AI photo sets, niche discovery reports, consulting sessions).
- Pinterest management is billed monthly. A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all management packages.
- Bulk pricing (10-packs, monthly bundles) is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be combined with other discounts.
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed or active monthly subscriptions.
4. Revisions & Delivery
- All services include 3 rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Standard turnaround: 48 hours for AI photo sets, 72 hours for recipe articles, 5–7 business days for niche discovery reports.
- Pinterest management reports are delivered monthly within the first 5 business days of the following month.
5. Refund Policy
- Pinterest Management: 30-day results guarantee. If we fail to deliver measurable impression growth within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund for that month.
- AI Food Photography: If the delivered set does not match your brand after 3 revision rounds, you receive a full refund for that set.
- Recipe Articles: If the article does not match your voice after 3 revision rounds, you receive a full refund for that article.
- Consulting: No refund after the session has been conducted. The consulting fee is credited toward Pinterest management if you upgrade within 30 days.
- Niche Discovery: No refund based on report conclusions (a “no-go” recommendation is a valid and valuable outcome). Refund issued only if the report is materially incomplete.
6. Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services, you agree to:
- Provide timely access to your Pinterest account (for management and consulting services).
- Supply recipe names, target keywords, post URLs, and brand preferences as needed.
- Respond to revision requests and approval prompts within 7 business days. Delays beyond 7 days may affect turnaround times.
- Ensure that all content you provide (recipe names, ingredient lists, brand materials) is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
- AI Food Photos: Upon delivery and payment, you own full usage rights to all AI-generated images. Zaytouna Studio retains the right to display delivered images in our portfolio and gallery for promotional purposes.
- Recipe Articles: Upon delivery and payment, you own the full copyright to all written content. Zaytouna Studio does not retain any rights to republish your articles.
- Pin Designs: Upon delivery, you own full usage rights to all pin designs created for your account.
- Niche Discovery Reports: Reports are for your internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report content.
- Our Brand: The Zaytouna Studio name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential. We will not share your Pinterest analytics, account credentials, business data, or any proprietary information with third parties. This includes data visible in dashboard screenshots — all client accounts shown on our website are anonymized (Account A, Account B, etc.) unless you provide explicit written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Zaytouna Studio is not responsible for changes to the Pinterest algorithm, ad network policies (Mediavine, Raptive, etc.), or Google search algorithm updates that may affect your traffic or revenue.
- We do not guarantee specific traffic numbers, impression counts, or revenue figures. Results shown on our website are from real client accounts but are not a guarantee of future performance.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Termination
- Monthly services (Pinterest management): Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month commitment period. Termination during the commitment period forfeits any remaining months.
- One-time services: Cannot be cancelled once work has begun. Refund policy (Section 5) applies.
- We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use our services for illegal purposes.
- Upon termination, we will revoke all access to your accounts within 48 hours and deliver any completed work.
11. Governing Law
Zaytouna Studio is operated from Tunisia. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tunisia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tunis, Tunisia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
